Woman Shot In West Tulsa Neighborhood

A woman was shot in her West Tulsa neighborhood, located at 51st and 34th West, according to police.

They say an officer arrived and found a woman lying in the street, directly behind a red sedan with a gunshot wound.

An ambulance rushed her to the hospital.

Police used their helicopter to look for the shooter.

They say officers got involved in a foot chase with someone earlier this evening. They don't know for sure if that person was involved in this shooting.
