Two more Oklahomans have died from the flu, bringing the number of deaths to ten during the current flu season.
Releasing the latest numbers Thursday, the Oklahoma State Department of Health said the newest deaths were in McClain and Oklahoma counties. The number of flu-related hospitalizations for the season stands at 473.
The 2015-16 influenza season in Oklahoma is much less severe than last season when 114 people died and more than 2,000 people were hospitalized.
