Tulsa's mayor says layoffs at Williams Companies is a big deal for the city.
Dewey Bartlett speaking on 6 In The Morning on Wednesday says city leaders will need to stand shoulder to shoulder like Tulsa did when American Airlines announced its bankruptcy several years ago.
