Broken Arrow Police arrested a man they say opened fire on his neighbors while their two children were in the yard. Donald Morrison was booked into the Wagoner County Jail on three counts of shooting with intent to kill.
Broken Arrow Public Information Officer Leon Calhoun said police were called to the 19500 block of East 43rd Street Tuesday night. When officers confronted Morrison, they say he surrendered and told them he was trying to kill his neighbors.
"He was angry over a long-running feud with the victim," Calhoun said in a news release. "The victim's two children were in the yard at the time of the shooting as well."
Police say no one was injured, but there was property damage.
