New documents are filed in the federal lawsuit accusing a former Tulsa County Jail employee of sexually assaulting an inmate more than 100 times.

The trial begins Friday and there are already plans for a peace rally for the alleged victim.

In 2010, after six months in the Tulsa County Jail on charges later dismissed, a then-17-year-old girl reported a jail employee raped her.

New documents show, in an interview just a month after that accusation was made, the girl said the assaults never happened.

In court documents, the former Tulsa County Jail inmate says a jail employee would stand at the door to her cell "half in, half out" while forcing her to perform sex acts.

The lawsuit, filed against former Tulsa County Sheriff Stanley Glanz, accuses Glanz of violating her civil rights by keeping her - a juvenile female inmate - in a cell inside the medical unit, without direct supervision.

Sheriff's office policy says youthful offenders will be under "direct supervision" to ensure their "safety and security."

Jail standards require employees never enter a locked juvenile unit without backup, but the lawsuit claims the employee did enter her unit without a female officer as backup.

Defense exhibits filed this week show the jail employee's shift schedule for the four months the girl was an inmate in the jail. The document shows he was assigned to her unit just 12 times.

Exhibits also include an interview the sheriff's office did with the girl a month after she accused the now former jail employee of the assault.

In that interview, she's asked, "Has he done anything inappropriate?"

"Uhm...looked at me in the shower," she responded.

She goes on to say he groped her, several times, and exposed himself to her.

When asked if he ever asked her for sex, she responded, "he's asked me for oral sex, but I didn't give it to him."

Marq Lewis of We The People Oklahoma believes the assaults happened and is calling for the Tulsa County District Attorney's Office to charge the former jail employee.

"It was enough to warrant, to document. It was enough for the sheriff's office to say, ‘okay we have enough to present to the district attorney,’" he said.

We are not naming the girl because we don't name possible victims of sexual assault without their consent.

We are not naming the former jail employee because he has not been charged.

A sheriff's office memo says he resigned the day before he was scheduled to take a polygraph. That memo says investigators anticipated criminal charges would be filed.
