<p>A popular family-friendly beach in Maryland is going topless and it's all because state law is a little too "fuzzy" on the subject. Beach patrols in Ocean City were told to take a "hands-off" approach this week when dealing with women who choose to go topless. They say they will no longer directly engage with any woman who decides to go bare.</p>
