Woman Charged In Fatal Crash In Broken Arrow In May Arrested

A Broken Arrow woman faces a first-degree manslaughter charge stemming from a deadly wreck in Broken Arrow in May 2015.

Brenda Kaye Lambeth, 60, was booked into the Tulsa County jail Sunday and has since bonded out.  The charges were filed October 7.  

Police say Lambeth was driving a 2002 Cadillac south in the 2500 block of South Aspen on May 20 when she went across the center line and hit a 2012 Ford Focus driven by Ross Shoemaker.  He died in the crash.  

Lambert is also charged with driving under the influence and unsafe lane change.

Jail records show she has a court appearance set for October 26.
