Thursday is World Suicide Prevention Day and a Claremore tattoo shop is hoping to help raise awareness.
Someone commits suicide every 13 minutes in the United States and it devastates the loved ones left behind.
Secret Ink Tattoo Shop is holding a fundraiser to raise money for people impacted by suicide.
Owner Richard Wallace said he'll donate $20 to charity from every semicolon tattoo given Thursday.
"Let them know that their story goes on, that there's more to life, it doesn't end here. That's the whole principle behind the semicolon," he said.
Secret Ink will be giving the tattoos until midnight, but Wallace said they'll stay open late if need be.
