Tulsa Man Arrested On Rape, Kidnapping Complaints

Police arrested a 58-year-old Tulsa man Thursday after a victim said he attacked and raped her at a local motel.

Officers were called to the Rest Inn and Suites in the 7400 block of East Admiral Place at 3:15 p.m. where the victim told them Leo Horn sexually assaulted her. 

Police said the victim told them that prior to the assault she had ask to use Horn’s phone in his motel room.  She said she was 28 weeks pregnant and begged Horn to stop. After interviewing Horn, police said he admitted to the assault.

Leo Horn was booked into the Tulsa County jail on complaints of first-degree rape and kidnapping.  Jail records show Horn is being held on a $150,000 bond pending a court appearance on August 13.
