Tulsa Man Accused Of Shaking 4 Month Old Arrested In Cushing

A Tulsa man just released from prison in May is back behind bars, this time accused of shaking his 4-month-old daughter.

MoAliayah Joy Shanklin was sent to the hospital.

Her mother said in a protective order Tuesday, that Cornelius Shanklin shook their 4-month-old daughter and caused brain damage.

Shanklin was arrested Tuesday night in Cushing.
