Tulsa Woman Arrested For Stealing Shoes From Teen, Public Intoxication

A Tulsa woman was arrested twice in one week - first for public intoxication and then for robbing a teenager girl of her shoes.

Tulsa police say a woman locked herself and a teenager in a QuikTrip bathroom Sunday morning and threatened the teen with a knife. Officers say the woman then demanded the 15-year-old's shoes.

Police say when they responded to the QT near Interstate 44 and Harvard they arrested Christine Cook.

She was wearing the teenager's shoes, and according to officers threatened police while she was being arrested.

Cook was arrested on June 24, 2015, as well. Police say she was outside the Taco Bell at with the contents of her purse dumped on the ground yelling racial slurs at people.

She was carrying a knife at that time as well, saying she needed it to protect herself.

That arrest was for public intoxication
