Oklahoma Volunteers Prepare 300K Meals To Feed Hungry Children

Hundreds of people are coming together in Broken Arrow to prepare 300,000 meals to help feed hungry children.

"We depend very heavily on volunteers. We've packed over a billion meals as an organization and all of those have been packed by volunteers. People who just want to help out," said Danny Pyne with Feed My Starving Children.

It's the seventh year Feed My Starving Children and Liberty Church in Broken Arrow have teamed up.

All told, the partnership has provided more than 1 million meals, which are given out both locally and internationally.
