The Muskogee County Sheriff's Office has identified the two people found dead in an apartment just south of town Sunday. Sheriff Charles Pearson said 19-year-old Abby Seals and 25-year-old Nicholas Rutherford were found shot to death around 4:30 p.m.
The apartment is connected to the Coco Bongos Gentleman's Club which is right next to the Christi's Toy Box on Highway 69.
The man who found the bodies told the sheriff he's a truck driver and had just gotten back home from a road trip. He rents the apartment, and said the woman who was killed is his girlfriend. The man who was killed is a friend.
The sheriff says deputies are often called to the area on reports of crime. And since the location sits right off the busiest highway in town, pinpointing an exact suspect is going to be a challenge.

Several interviews have already been conducted, and the sheriff believes they'll find out who did it.
"The early stages of any homicide investigation is crucial, so everybody is working around the clock to get a bearing on this case, and I feel really confident in these investigators and their abilities," Sheriff Pearson said.
"I think we'll probably know something real definite by Wednesday or Thursday if not sooner."
The Sheriff says as for the man who found the bodies, he hasn't been completely ruled out as a suspect but as of right now, his story seems to line up.
