Police said a Good Samaritan helped officers locate a car crash on Highway 75 early Wednesday.
Officers said the woman was headed north when her car veered off the highway near Apache and rolled down an embankment coming to rest on its top next to a fence. They said she called 911 but didn't know where she was.
The Good Samaritan, Lamark McFee said his fiance heard the 2 a.m. crash from their home on the west side of highway. He ran across the highway, found the car and helped free the woman from the wreckage as he called police.
EMSA checked the woman out and determined she was not seriously injured.
Tulsa Police believe the woman may have fallen asleep prior to the crash.
