Bartlesville Woman On Scooter Struck By Van, In Critical Condition

A 42-year-old woman is in critical condition after her scooter was hit by a van on Tuesday evening.

Bartlesville police said the collision took place about 7:15 p.m. at Frank Phillips Boulevard and Seminole Street.

Alan Snow, 52, of Bartlesville, was traveling east on Frank Phillips and attempted to turn left onto Seminole, BPD said. The van collided with Joanna Revard, who was westbound on a scooter.

Revard was transported to Tulsa in critical condition.

The wreck is currently under investigation, according to police.
