Man Charged With Manslaughter, DUI In Death Of Pawnee Mother, Daughter

Prosecutors charged a man they said hit and killed a mother and her five-year-old daughter this weekend.

McKala Miner and her daughter Halli were on their way home from OSU's homecoming Saturday night when they were hit.

Troopers said James Goblet was driving drunk and going the wrong way on Highway 51.

Goblet posted bail and was released Monday afternoon.

He's facing manslaughter and DUI charges.
