A small town police chief, arrested for molesting two girls, will not have to wait in jail for his trial.
Prosecutors said they wanted him back behind bars after they said, he followed the girls and tried to get inside their heads.
Suspended Spavinaw police chief Clarence Gregory said he did not intend to violate his bond.

Along with the allegations that he molested two girls, multiple times, Gregory now faces accusations that he broke the rules of his release by having contact with his alleged victims.
"Laying your eyes on somebody as you go by is not contact," said Defense Attorney, Dave Ellis.
Prosecutor Larry Edwards argued that Gregory broke that rule by following one of the girl's school bus, then parking and watching her walk into school, and watching the other girl walk from school to her outdoor sports practice.

Ellis said Gregory drove by one of the girl's school because he was doing yard work for the mayor of Spavinaw, who lives a block away from her school.
Gregory took the stand, and said he followed his bond conditions "to the letter" and has "done everything [he] can to stay away from them."
"He's frustrated about the allegations in the first place because he doesn't feel like he was guilty, but he's also frustrated about this because he was trying so hard to follow the court's order," Ellis said.
The prosecution doesn't buy it, but the judge did, ruling that Gregory will remain out on bond.

The judge told the court she didn't have enough evidence that he was following the girls to revoke his bond.
Gregory will be back in court November 6th for a preliminary hearing.
