The Tulsa Humane Society teamed up with Miranda Lambert to rescue 30 animals that had given up.

Lambert's Mutt-Nation ranch in Tishomingo is closed for construction right now, so Tulsa animal activists were asked to help rescue the rescue.

The country music superstar got to cuddle with some of the dogs, before they were brought to Green Country for medical treatment.

The rest of the animals are scheduled to arrive next week.

All of them will be up for adoption later this month.
