The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said one person is in critical condition after the driver's car crashed into a cable barrier and flipped.
OHP responded to a call near 21st Street and Creek Turnpike north around 4:30 Monday afternoon.
According to reports, a Jeep Grand Cherokee, driven by 29-year-old Joshua Mullen of Claremore, was heading north on the Creek Turnpike, when the jeep went off the road to the right for an unknown reason.
OHP said Mullen then overcorrected to the left, hit the cable barrier then flipped end-over-end four times. They said during the last roll Mullen was thrown from the Jeep which then hit him.
OHP said Mullen was not breathing when firefighters and medics arrived, but that he was breathing when they transported him to the hospital.
He was admitted into the hospital in critical condition with head, arm leg and internal injuries.
OHP said Mullen's seat belt was not in use.
