Broken Arrow Does Spring Cleaning With Free Dump Day

Broken Arrow residents took advantage of a chance for spring cleaning Saturday, May 3. The city declared a free dump day at the waste management quarry landfill, 13720 East 46th Street.

A driver's license or recent utility bill meant getting rid of household waste for free.

All kinds of unwanted goods were taken to the dump off Highway 196 and 46th Street North. There were charges for some items like a $2 fee for a car tire.
