Rogers County office-holders met on Friday to talk about a state audit that uncovered possible mishandling of money.
County commissioner Dan DeLozier says the state auditor made a number of recommendations based on the audit.
DeLozier wants to have monthly meetings and create an oversight committee that would allow for some checks and balances on county cash.
"It opened a lot of minds up on what needs to happen, and they're going to start gathering their information and the next meeting will be very productive," he said.
