A Silver Alert has been canceled for a Pawnee County man.
James Powell, 60, is a white man of average build, last seen wearing blue jeans and a brown jacket in the 700 block of East Caddo Street on Friday about 1 p.m.
He was reported missing late Saturday evening.
According to the Cleveland Police Department, Powell was considered to be in danger because he suffers from dementia.
