The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating a charter bus crash in which two people died and more than 30 were injured.
NTSB spokeswoman Kelly Nantel says the agency is sending investigators to Irving, outside Dallas, where the crash occurred Thursday morning. The NTSB typically investigates major crashes or transportation-related incidents.
The bus was on its way to an Oklahoma casino Thursday when it slid off a busy highway and landed on its side. Emergency responders could be seen pulling passengers out of the wrecked bus.
Texas Department of Public Safety Trooper Lonny Haschel says most of the passengers on the bus were elderly.
