A Green Country boy celebrated an extra special birthday on Wednesday.
Finn Roach turned 12 years old on 12-12-12.
His family posted its birthday wish to him on a digital billboard near 41st Street and Yale Avenue.
Twenty-eight couples also marked the special date by getting married at the Tulsa County Courthouse at noon.
