Months after a fiery crash ended the life of a Tulsa woman, the driver of the vehicle has been charged with manslaughter.
Stormey Wayne Jordan, 25, is wanted on a complaint of first degree manslaughter with a $500 bond.
The crash happened around 2 a.m. on 89th East Avenue on February 20, 2012.

Police said a passenger, Amanda Anderson, 31, was pronounced dead at the scene, and the driver, Jordan, was severely injured.
Police were unsure of what caused the crash. Jordan's family told News On 6's Lori Fullbright back in February that Jordan had not been drinking. They alleged that another vehicle bumped the couple's vehicle from behind, sending it into a tree.

A separate warrant was issued for Jordan's arrest in March, following a DUI crash that caused another driver to be injured, just a month after the crash that killed Amanda Anderson
Jordan had also been convicted in three previous DUI cases, dating back to 2009.
On Friday, Jordan was charged with first degree manslaughter, driving under suspension, and failure to carry insurance.
