Friends and family held a fundraiser tonight in honor of 17-year-old Kayla Ferrante, who was shot and killed back in May, the day after she graduated high school.

Kayla was in the car with her boyfriend, Neikko, when she was shot.

Neikko was a lifeguard at an east Tulsa pool.

Friday night, they opened the pool for a late night swim.

Money raised went toward the Crime Commission's reward fund.

Kayla wanted to work with special needs children, and had planned to spend the summer volunteering at Tulsa's Little Lighthouse.

Her killer hasn't been caught.
