The teen accused of beating to death 85-year-old Nancy Strait and injuring her 90-year-old husband, Bob Strait, during a home invasion robbery was charged with 1st degree murder Monday.
In addition to felony murder, Tyrone Woodfork, 19, was also charged with 1st degree burglary and two counts of robbery with a firearm. Woodfork remains in the Tulsa County Jail.

Woodfork is accused of breaking into the couple's north Tulsa home March 14, 2012, and badly beating the Straits before making off with the couple's car. Nancy Strait died the next day at a Tulsa hospital. Bob is recovering from his injuries at home.
Woodfork was arrested when an alert citizen led police officers to the couple's stolen 2001 Plymouth Neon in the 5700 block of East Easton March 15, 2012.
Investigators served search warrants on multiple locations around Tulsa where they found evidence linking Woodfork to the crime.
Woodfork is currently serving a suspended sentence for 2nd degree burglary, according to the Oklahoma Department of Corrections.
