Tulsa Police Look For Serial Flasher

TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa Police are looking for a man who has been exposing himself to teenaged girls and women. There are four reported incidents of the same man exposing himself to women from his vehicle in locations along the 71st Street corridor in south Tulsa, according to a news release.

The last reported incident was August 24, 2011.

Police say the man is usually in traffic but has also been parked in his car when the incidents occurred.  It has always been in the mid to late afternoon.

The man is described as a professionally-dressed white male, 35 to 45 years of age with short, light-colored hair. He is also described as heavy set with a "big gut."

The suspect drives a black Yukon SUV with tinted windows. None of the women saw plates on the vehicle, but they did report clips where the license plate should be. Police believe the man has attached the tag with clips for easy removal or is clipping something over the license plate at the time of the crimes.
