TULSA, Oklahoma – One of the country’s top high school pitching prospects showed why he’s so highly touted Wednesday. Owasso’s Dylan Bundy pitched 5 innings of shutout baseball against 5A No. 1 Bishop Kelley, as the Rams run-ruled the Comets 8-0.
Bundy got off to a great start, striking out the first six batters he faced. He finished the day with 14 strikeouts, one walk and one hit allowed in a run-rule shortened game. His offense was able to help him out as well, putting up five runs in the fifth.
The Rams will next take the field on Friday at home against Booker T Washington. Bishop Kelley returns to action on Friday at Tulsa Edison.
