STILLWATER, Oklahoma -- Sean Sutton will have to wait until June 7 to go before a judge in his preliminary hearing.
The former Oklahoma State basketball coach was arrested Feb. 11 and charged with four felonies for allegedly illegally obtaining prescription drugs.
The original hearing was to take place April 5, but was postponed. Sutton’s attorney, Trace Morgan, entered a not guilty plea at his client’s arraignment, while Sutton was attending a treatment facility.
