UNDATED -- Heavy rain over the past 24 hours is causing problems all over eastern Oklahoma, with the threat of flooding being the top concern in low-lying areas.
One area in South Tulsa that frequently has issues after heavy rains is 58th and Riverside. Tulsa Police say another area is 71st and Lewis where the rain washed out part of the road.
Barricades are up and police are asking drivers to be careful in that area.
Another community hard hit on Sunday was Muskogee. Sunday night several creeks overflowed and the water spilled into roads and over some bridges. Police say the water is receding Monday morning.

A 16-year-old boy's truck became stuck in the middle of one flooded street and he had to be rescued.
Muskogee Police say they haven't had any calls about trouble spots in the last several hours but warn residents to be careful of the neighborhoods and streets that typically flood.
At least six schools in far eastern Oklahoma have closed due to high water, because it's impossible for school buses to travel on some roads.
Authorities performed some water rescues early Monday morning in Cherokee and Delaware counties. State Highway 10 in both counties is closed.
The National Weather Service is also reporting that Flint Creek near Kansas in Delaware County is nearing the flood stage and there is some minor flooding with the Deep Fork River in Beggs in Okmulgee County.
