TULSA, Oklahoma -- Three men were charged Monday with planning to kill Tulsa's homicide sergeant.
The Tulsa County District Attorney filed a count of conspiracy to commit murder against Phillip Summers, Demonte Bell and Michael Lucas.
Police say Summers wanted Sergeant Mike Huff killed and Lucas agreed to carry out the plot as soon as he had Huff's address.
Records show an undercover officer was working as a go between and made the arrests before the hit could take place.
