White Pelicans Spotted On The Arkansas River In Tulsa

TULSA, Oklahoma -- A flock of pelicans was spotted by SkyNews 6 on the Arkansas River near the low water dam Monday afternoon.

White pelicans are a common sight across northeastern Oklahoma during the fall as they migrate south.  But some flocks decide to spend winter in northeastern Oklahoma before migrating back north in the spring.
