TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa police have arrested 21-year-old Channen Ray Smith of Tulsa on a complaint of first degree murder. Smith is a suspect in the shooting death of Dominique Jasper.
Tulsa police found Jasper and Carla Jefferson at 1843 N. Harvard on October 23, both suffering from gunshot wounds after a man opened fire on them as they sat on the front porch.
Jasper died November 15 from his wounds.

Detectives from the Tulsa Police Department Fugitive Warrants Unit and Northern Oklahoma Violent Crimes Task Force arrested Smith Wednesday as he left a residence in the 3100 block of E. Woodrow. Smith was taken into custody without incident.
