UNDATED -- Tulsa and Oklahoma City are ranked as two of the least safe cities for children, according to Strollerderby, The Mother of All Parenting Blogs.
The ranking comes from an article in Men's Health magazine that factors in the accidental death rates for children ages 5 to 14; number of car-seat inspection locations per child/per state; the number of child predators per capita; the percentage of abused children protected from further abuse, and the strength of child-restraint and bike-helmet laws.
According to the blog, the final nine in the Top 10 Least Safe Cities for Children are:

- Baltimore, Maryland
- Bakersfield, California
- Tulsa, Oklahoma
- Modesto, California
- Grand Rapids, Michigan
- Fresno, California
- Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
- Corpus Christi, Texas
The top 10 safest cities in America for kids, according to Men's Health and Strollerderby, are:
