BROKEN ARROW, OK – Broken Arrow Police are investigating the death of an inmate at the city jail Wednesday.
Broken Arrow Police said jailers found Tracy Nichols, 51, unresponsive in his holding cell about 6:30 p.m. He was taken to a BA hospital where he died.
Nichols was booked into the jail Wednesday on a DUI charge.
The state Medical Examiner's Office and the Broken Arrow Police Department are investigating the incident.
