Tulsa Drillers To Host All American Blood Drive

TULSA, OK -- You can spend part of your holiday weekend with the Tulsa Drillers and it will only cost you a pint of blood.

The Drillers are teaming with the Oklahoma Blood Institute for the All American Blood Drive at ONEOK Field Friday evening from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Donors will get two tickets to the Fourth of July baseball game.

Remember to bring your ID if you plan to donate.

And if you can't donate blood, the News On 6 hopes you come out to the game Sunday for "Strike Out Hunger Night."

Fans who bring a can of food will get two-dollars off their ticket. News On 6 anchors Jamie McGriff and Tara Vreeland will be there to collect donations and Tara will throw out the first pitch.
