Property Near Tulsa's BOK Center To Be Developed

TULSA, OK -- The Tulsa Development Authority approved plans on Thursday to develop land at Third and Denver, across the street from the BOK Center.

The developer's plans for the property include a mix of residential and retail, as well as a $120,000 hotel and restaurant.

Tulsa Mayor Dewey Bartlett says the project will help the city's struggling economy by creating jobs and boosting sales tax revenues.
