TULSA, OK -- The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has identified the driver of a pickup truck who was killed in a wreck Monday on I-44, just past the exit for 129th East Avenue.
OHP reports a pickup truck rear-ended an eastbound semi-truck that had slowed because of a construction zone.
The driver of the pickup, 22-year-old Tyler Tuthill of Tulsa, was killed instantly, according to OHP. OHP reports it's not clear if Tuthill was wearing a seatbelt.
The driver and a passenger in the semi were not injured in the accident.
