BARTLESVILLE, OK -- A Bartlesville home developer is facing four counts of conspiracy to obtain money by false pretenses in Washington County District Court.

Gerald Coast, 77, was arrested last week after an investigation by Bartlesville Police.

In court papers, Coast is charged with signing contracts to sign several homes built by his company stating that the property was free and clear, when in fact, liens had been placed on the properties by a local lumber company.

Police Chief Tom Holland says arrests warrants have also been issued for Coast's son and daughter-in-law, Larry Coast and Marian Coast

During a court hearing Friday, a Washington County court judge set a bond of $100,000.
