Corvette Caravan Rolls through Checotah

The National Corvette Caravan stopped in Checotah on their way to the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

CHECOTAH---The National Corvette Caravan stopped in Checotah yesterday on their way to the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Over 400 of the muscle-cars stopped at the Little League/Softball Complex for lunch and a chance to cool their engines.

‘The Corvette Caravan is a great experience,' said Russ Fulwood from California, ‘you're in a group that shares the same passion that you do, you meet new people, share experiences, see a lot of the country, it's just a great experience.'

Different caravans of the iconic American roadsters will converge today at the Corvette Museum to mark the 15^th anniversary of the museum, located across from the GM factory that has been churning out the Corvette for over 50 years.
