TULSA, OK -- Tulsa Police say overnight rain and alcohol are to blame for a crash overnight at 21st and Peoria.
Police say the driver was southbound on Peoria when she went off the road and ended up on a retaining wall.
The unidentified woman was not hurt, but she was arrested by police for DUI.
