TULSA, OK -- The Anne and Henry Zarrow Foundation of Tulsa gave $5 million to OU's School of Social Work on Wednesday.
The gift was a present of sorts to Henry Zarrow, who recently celebrated his 93rd birthday. He and his late wife often celebrated by giving gifts to others.
Wednesday's gift will help provide a new building on the Norman campus for the School of Social Work, a 92-year-old program that offers the only masters of social work degree in the state.
The new building and the school of social work will be named after the Zarrows.
