NEW ORLEANS -- Tulsa's Larrissa Williams' 11 points weren't enough as the Golden Hurricane fell 78-41 at Tulane on Saturday.
Tiffani Couisnard pulled down a game-best 10 rebounds for TU (5-13, 1-5 Conference USA). ReShawndra Jackson added eight points, and Kara Vaughan had seven.
Tulsa struggled in the first half. Its 12 points tied the fewest points scored in a half in school history.
The Golden Hurricane also got into early foul trouble with 11 fouls in the first 20 minutes. The team bounced back in the second half but couldn't threaten the Green Wave.
TU returns to action 7 p.m. Thursday against Rice at the Reynolds Center.
