From painted horses to Palominos, they are strutting their stuff at the Reichert Celebration this weekend. The largest color bred event in America is underway at Expo Square. On Friday, The News On 6 got a preview of the yearling stake sale.
We also gauged opinion about all the improvements made to the fairgrounds.
"It's a fantastic facility and the city of Tulsa should be very, very happy with what they've got here. That's what brings everybody, they love the atmosphere and that's why we're here," said JR Reichert.
The show is a big money maker for Tulsa and draws tourists from the U.S. and Europe. It also pays out over a million dollars in cash and prizes to competitors.
