Catoosa Shooting Victim Dies

A man involved in a shootout in a Catoosa neighborhood last month has died.

Catoosa Police tell the News On 6, Dwayne Dennis died about 6 p.m. Wednesday. Police officers say Dennis and Stephen Eaton got into an altercation concerning their sons. The two men, and Dennis's teenage son were shot.

Eaton and the teenager were later released from a Tulsa hospital.

Eaton says the teenager was threatening his son who was in a coma from a car accident.

The Wagoner County DA's office is reviewing the case.
