CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) -- Charlotte Panthers coach John Fox has announced that 43-year-old Vinny Testaverde will start Sunday's game against Indianapolis. The veteran gets the nod over the injured David Carr.
Fox says his decision was based on one thing: He doesn't feel Carr is physically ready to play. Carr suffered a compression fracture in his lower back against New Orleans on October 7th.
