EDMOND, Okla. (AP) _ Edmond police say a woman is dead after walking into the path of a train.

Police say Donna LaDuke died Monday night after the accident in south Edmond.

Police spokeswoman Glynda Chu says the train engineer told investigators LaDuke walked directly in front of the train and he didn't have time to stop.
