CHANDLER, Okla. (AP) -- A truck driver from Ohio is dead Sunday after running off I-44 and rolling his tractor-trailer onto its side.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says David Taylor of Washington, Ohio, was killed in the accident around 2:20 AM in Lincoln County.

The highway patrol says Taylor was not wearing a seat belt and was thrown from his truck in the crash.
