Prosecutors charge a second person in the gang retaliation killing of a Tulsa couple. They charged 18 year old Phillip Summers with two counts of first-degree murder in connection with the February murders of Ples and Shelly Vann.
Tulsa Police say Summers and 19-year-old Robert Fellows were feuding with the couple's sons, because they belonged to rival gangs.
Detectives say the men killed the couple to get back at the sons for earlier shootings.
